Day twenty eight

Day twenty eight - Christchurch to Kaikoura. We stopped at Waikari and hiked (struggled) our way up and down a few hills to get to the Maori drawings which line a bank of limestone rocks. They're around a thousand years old! And although some of them were painted on in order to define them more back in the 1920's it's still an amazing sight!
