Style of Wight Magazine food illustration commission 🍴

Last week the new March/April issue of Style of Wight Magazine came out and I had the pleasure of contributing food illustrations to the new recipe section! How exciting!

The theme is the delicious Rhubarb and you couldn't ask for a more vibrant piece of produce to work from! The aim is to introduce the rhubarb in a splash of colour at the start of the article and then show how diverse it is to cook and bake with! As you can see on the following page it's not just for dessert but works fantastically in savoury dishes like the hot and spicy rhubarb with crispy pork and noodles and the asparagus, goats cheese and rhubarb salad. I am really excited to be part of the Style team as they really champion the amazing diversity of eateries, produce and people that bring flavour to our plates on the Island as well the many other brilliant features in the magazine and it's completely free!
